Childbirth Preparation Class in English

Our childbirth preparation course is designed to gently support expectant parents through this special and often emotional stage of life. Pregnancy and the time leading up to birth can bring many changes, questions, and new impressions. With expert information, we aim to help you feel informed, confident, and ready to approach birth and the postpartum period in a self-determined way.

We discuss how to prepare for birth, the onset of natural labour, the different stages of labour, what to expect in the delivery room, and essential aspects of the postpartum period and breastfeeding. We also cover important medical topics, including pain relief options, caesarean birth, and vacuum-assisted delivery. In addition, we take time to explore the more personal aspects of becoming parents, such as adjusting to everyday life with a newborn or changes in relationships.
