This course is conducted entirely in English. Similar to all other courses, we will cover pregnancy-specific, labour and postpartum topics. Additionally, I will introduce you to breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. It is adviced to complete this course around the middle of your pregnancy.

The course takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a notepad to keep notes.

Your partner is welcome to join the entire course. The partner fee is paid privately, but it can be submitted to the health insurance company. Depending on the insurance provider, a portion or the entire fee is often reimbursed. We will gladly provide you with a receipt for the partner fee during the course.

With the submission of this registration, you will be pre-registered on my course list. However, you will only be entitled to a spot in the course after transferring the course fee (€140) within 14 days from the registration date.

For pregnant participants, I will bill the course fee directly with the health insurance after the course ends. The partner fee is usually only partially reimbursed by the health insurance company. After the end of the course, I will gladly provide a receipt for the amount.

Private insured individuals will receive an invoice after the course ends to submit to their health insurances.

Missed sessions will not be covered by the health insurance and therefore must be paid by the participant herself. In this case, I will issue an invoice after the course ends. The reason for non-participation or course dropout is irrelevant in this matter.

A written cancellation is possible up to four weeks before the course starts. After that, you will be billed for the course if the spot cannot be filled by another participant. If you cancel up to four weeks before the course starts, the partner fee will be refunded, except for a processing fee of €5. After that, a refund is only possible if the spot can be filled by another participant.
